Learnership Program

Our leanership programme is one more aspect of bridging the digital divide for the previously disadvantaged learners. This will enable them to acquire real skills and knowledge to prepare them for the workplace.

Each year we advertise with technology faculties and via media for learners who have successfully completed their ICT course. We then interview, appoint, and successful incumbents are then given a chance to work with our trained specialists in the real world for a year. Learners are closely monitored and assisted where necessary. As part of the programme, training on our product offering is also provided.

In the last 2 years, Brilliantel has managed to offer a number of learners either contract or permanent employment. We take pride in that our programme is designed to give previously disadvantaged learners the opportunity to gain training and experience in the ICT industry.

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma: Information Technology & Computer Science
